We act as the data controller for personal information you provide directly to us through this website or in the course of pre-engagement discussions. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client during a delivery engagement, we act as a data processor under the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.

    Information we collect

We collect only the personal information necessary to respond to enquiries and deliver our services. This typically includes:

    • 02Free-text content you choose to submit: a description of your project challenge or business need.
    • 03Technical information automatically logged by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention: IP address, user agent, and timestamps of requests.
    03

    How we use your information

    • 01Respond to your enquiry and arrange any introductory call you have requested.
    • 02Assess whether our services are a fit for the challenge you describe.
    • 03Maintain a record of correspondence in the event of follow-up.

    • 02Contract — to take steps at your request prior to entering into an engagement.
    • 03Legal obligation — to comply with applicable tax, accounting, and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
    05

    Cookies and analytics

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or analytics pixels by default.

If we introduce optional analytics in future we will update this policy and present a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set.

    06

    Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

    • 01Service providers acting on our instructions (for example, our email host and hosting provider), under written contracts that restrict their use of the data to the services they provide to us.
    • 02Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, insurers) where reasonably necessary.
    • 03Regulators, courts, or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.
    07

    International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an applicable adequacy decision to ensure an equivalent level of protection.

    08

    Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of last contact unless a longer period is required to perform a contract, defend a legal claim, or comply with a statutory obligation.
